| Job Description: |
- To Develop objectives and measuring stick of the Production Department.
- To ensure the presence of product specefication.
- To initiate cost cutting and quality improvemen, continuous improvement activities.
- To ensure the existence of shift program based up on monthly production schedule and aligned with the manpower requirement delivered by the production planning and control development.
- To ensure respective production sections achieve production targets at minimum rejection levels as outlined in respective month.
- To ensure that engineer, supervisors and other working staffs are well aware of the process parameters for meeting targets and deleivering quality products.
- To prepare preventive maintenence of workstation machinery.
- To coordinate with the personnel of plant engineering for the preparation and execution of machine preventive maintenance schedule.
- To ensure good house keeping is maintained at workplace.
