Position Related:
  • This job entails Voice/ Non voice (basic and complex) tasks. A Business Support Officer is required to ensure highest standards of business knowledge insight while possessing a high degree of dedication towards work. A BSO is required to ensure highest standards of customer service by providing the right solution/information to customers through Back end customer service along with front liner through phone, SMS, Email (or any other channel of communication) in an efficient, accurate and secure manner The position requires the candidate to possess excellent Spoken/ written Norwegian language skills (sentence structure, grammar
Goals
  • Provides an objective basis for performance evaluation through outlining the goals
Your Typical day at work
  • Carrying out the backend tasks/activities assigned on daily basis
  • Handle all incoming customer inquiries complaints via phone with utmost professionalism and ensure high quality customer service is provided at all times
  • Ensure highest standards of written communication while answering customers queries/complaints via Emails/SMS
  • Perform Back office task
  • Feedback/escalate any urgent /critical issues or problems to management on a timely basis.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the organizations customers and data.
  • Keep yourself up-to-date with all the latest information on the companys product, services, marketing plans, procedures, and of any changes in policies and standard procedures, so as to ensure that this related information are being communicated to our customers with accuracy, and in a consistent manner
  • Responsible for meeting all targets/KPIs on daily bases as set by the Department
  • A strict adherence to shift and break schedule as communicated by the operations department
  • A strict compliance to company/divisional policies, plans and strategies to achieve company/divisional goals along with complete understanding of Code of Conduct.
  • Participate in all team meetings and team building/Motivational exercises on periodic basis.
  • Contribute to manage team objectives through team work
  • Responsible for a hygienic a clean overall work environment

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
  • Minimum Bachelors from HEC recognized institutes
Work experience:
  • Good communication skills : Ability to listen, understand questions and provide relevant response , express oneself clearly to get the message across, speech is clear along with good tone of voice
  • Excellent grammar, proper pronunciation, correct choice of words, i.e. no mixing of languages
  • Basic mathematical computation skills
  • Fast learner, able to grasp knowledge on telecommunications services quickly
  • Familiar with PC usage knows how to navigate around websites/portals
  • Customer Focused
  • Good telephone etiquette : polite, uses proper salutation
  • Excellent Spoken/Written skills in Norwegian (Mandatory)
  • Back office Experience
  • Ability to deliver the required tasks ensuring highest quality of service
  • Should be a Team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in using a computer
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Should possess a good typing speed (25 25 WPM)
