| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Masters degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecom)
- Have work experience of 5 6 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description
- Manage and lead the core operation team.
- Ensure on time delivery of the VAS projects as per aggressive timelines set by the management.
- Coordinate with other departments like planning, NOC and PMO for accomplishment of tasks and project rollouts.
- Manage the smooth launch of NSS, charging, IP/MPLS and value added services platforms.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance (L-1 Services) of Core NEs.
- Develop and implement Sops for L-1 Services.
- Monitor and maintain Core KPIs as per targets.
- Ensure streamline and enhance processes and procedures for smooth execution of all Cores (NSS, IP, IN, and VAS) related activities.
Essential Skills
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP/SIP-I, BICC and other protocols.
- Strong knowledge of call flows (CS, PS, IN, IP/MPLS)
Desirable Skills
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent team building and management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
