| Job Description: |
| We are seeking a Software Development Manager to Lead and develop a diverse application development team in a rapidly growing environment Job Responsibilities :
- Direct and participate with team members in the analysis, development and delivery of all support and project work for assigned projects.
- Perform resource planning, deployment, tracking and reporting for all assigned team members.
- Consult with head office and team members to develop technical solutions to complex business/information problems.
- Monitor soundness and quality of work developed by team members.
- Provides guidance and training to less experienced programmers and analysts.
- Excellent Leadership Qualities with interpersonal Communication.
Required Skills:
- Should have good presentation communication skills
- PMP Certified (A Big Plus)
- Must Have Software development experience with the following skills:
- C#, VB.NET ASP.NET
- WPF WCF
- T-SQL
- XML, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- LINQ, AJAX, Web services and JQuery
- Crystal Reports in .NET application.
- Object-Oriented Programming Concepts
- MS-SQL DB Server, DB Administrator
- Systems Design Analysis (is a plus)
- MS-SQL DB Server, DB Administrator
