Job Purpose: Serves customers by providing product and service information

Job Duties:

· Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Attempt to persuade customers for verification of data

· Provides outstanding customer service consistent with company guidelines

· Adheres to all company policies and procedures

· Meets targets/goals set by the company

· Utilize computer technology to deliver high volume calls

· Maintains standards set for the calls to ensure high quality service
