The ideal candidate should:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from HEC recognized institute
Have3-5 Years of relevant work experience.

Job Description

Manage daily KPI Analysis of the assigned areas and ensuring all targets are met.
Identify the causes of any degradation of KPIs and provide recommendations for KPIs improvement.
Manage RF Optimization Projects/daily tasks that may involve coordination with vendor and other departments
Perform frequent parametric/database audits to remove any discrepancies.
Monitor and Optimize, and ensure deep understanding of counters and KPIS.
Responsible for Database Management of Statistical DB and daily use of essential programming/software skills (MySQL) for KPIs extraction.
Comply with all the departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during the execution of tasks and carrying out all job related duties

Essential Skills

Hands on experience in terms of parametric optimization
Good understanding of RF Optimization methods and procedures.
Experience with RF Optimization tools. (Knowledge in Actix, MapInfo etc.)
Working knowledge of drive test tools such as TEMS and NEMO.
Database management/programming/MySQL skills are essential for the role.
Candidates with 3G experience will be preferred.

Hands on experience of RF
Proficiency in MS-Office/MySQL
Proficiency in programming/database management procedure
