| Job Description: |
Skills & Competencies Required:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional software/web development experience, including concepts, practice and procedures.
- Supervision and monitoring of servers and applications
- A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
- Solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming using Java
- Experienced with PHP, SQL, HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, CSS3, Node.js, XML, WSDL, XPATH, XSL.
- Experience in Ubuntu, CentOS, Fedora etc.
- Excellent problem solving, learning and adapting skills.
- Good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL, NoSQL, etc..)
- Familiar with Google API’s and Google servers Infrastructure
- Experienced with different content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with scripting languages like Python, Ruby, Perl.
- Familiarity with basic Linux/MySQL administration.
- JAVA (J2EE) development skills including JAX-RS/JAX-WS.
- Experience with socket programming and JAVA Security Architecture experience.
- Experience with software development tools and techniques such as MAVEN, ECLIPSE and UNIX shell scripting.
- Experience with Apache Axis2, Apache CXF, Glassfish, Tomcat, JBoss
- Understand how to build large scale and robust web services.
- Extensive knowledge of security threats and web security including network configurations
- Should have a strong portfolio of web application programming and projects.
- Has a deep understanding of the Web technology stack (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
- SOA Technology: SOAP / XML / WSDL / REST.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational database programming
Role & Responsibilities:
- Contribution to design, implementation, maintenance and evolution of a Cloud Services Infrastructure. Install, integrate and maintain (Open Source) software components of the system.
- Ensure management of Linux environment, define and deploy procedures for administrating and running servers and their web services
- Maintenance, management, integration and optimization of Web Applications.
- Definition and publication of system dashboards.
- Involve in API Architecture design, development and testing.
