| Job Description: |
| Basic Purpose / Accountabilities
- Lead the Website Development and Web Application Development team to fulfill the tasks and requirements and goals provided by the executive team.
- Accountable to Head of Technical for the fulfillment of the tasks.
Primary Functions / Responsibilities / Duties
- The candidate will act to enable his team to be as efficient as possible. Secondly, he/she should ensure that departmental standards and principles are not only communicated throughout their team but furthermore, that they are actively enforced.
- Adhering to the software quality standards agreed by the team and the wider development team so that work is done to the highest possible quality.
- To understand and be able to talk about and explain to team the importance of principles of good software design and development so that they are able to produce applications of the highest possible quality in the fastest possible time and will be able to continue to do so in future.
- To ensure the features developed by his team are produced to the highest possible quality in the fastest possible time
- To show the developers of his team better ways of doing things and help them improve their skills so that all become better at their jobs
- To act as example to all the developers of his team by being the person who most closely follows the principles and practices we have committed to so that the developers of his team feel confident they can too
- Identification, reproduction and tracking of software/application/website defects and bugs.
Secondary Functions / Responsibilities / Duties
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- He/she will be monitoring program performance to ensure efficient and problem-free operations, and participating in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules or potential problems.
Other Requirements / Special Qualification
- Good in Usage and Development of algorithms.
- Must have good onhand Java Scripting Experience.
- Knowledge of Node.js Express.js is a plus.
- Good in Backend App Development
- Expert in insights of Online Advertising and targeted Marketing
