| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Have 3-4 Years of relevant work experience.
Job Description
- Act as a focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vice versa.
- Monitor Team performance and activity.
- Perform audits and quality checks for BSS/TXN part of the network.
- Identify the network requirements.
- Follow up with OS vendor with the day to day activities, PM and CM (BSS part) of network in Remote Region of C1.
- Assign tasks to the teams and get them completed as per management requirements/projects.
- Act as an interface for the team with other Departments for the timely resolution of issues prtaining to other Departments (NOC, CP, RF, TXNP, FOO, LOGISTIC, Deployment, NSS, BSSP, Ware House etc).
- Follow up till resolution of issues escalated by QOS.
- Cater for issues related to Gensets for Whole Central 1.
- Process the invoices and certificates for Sub vendors.
- Prepare reports as per management requirement.
- Keep a close eye on network KPIs and take action accordingly.
- Monitor new roll out sites and ensure their up to the standard HOTO in Remote Regions of C1.
- Monitoring individual team members to identify and schedule required training.
Essential Skills
- BSS/TXN and Power skills
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency required in MS Office, i.e. Power Point, Excel Word, MS Project and Visio.
Desirable Skills
- HUAWEI SDH OSN, Optix/DWDM Equipment.
- NMS T2000.
- OTDR, Optical Source Power Meter testing.
- Optical Fiber Cable
- Knowledge of DCR/CSSR/TCH KPIs
