The ideal candidate should: Job Description
Determine subscriber perceived end-to-end network quality of service through statistical performance analysis. Designing, developing and auditing KPIs in PM systems and signaling tools. Regular reporting, monitoring, trending and analysis of PS Core, IN & VAS KPIs from performance management tools (iManager, Huawei BO clients). - Identify network problems using major KPIs, signaling analysis and recommend changes for performance improvement.

Liaise with respective departments for timely problem resolution and improvement.

Frequent audit of network parameters, identifying the mismatched definitions and raising up with respective teams for correction
- Responsible for ensuring management reporting.
Essential Skills
Sound knowledge of call flows, signaling protocols, performance counters and parameters description. Working experience on Huawei PS Core, iManager M2000, Ericsson IN, Huawei SMSC/MMSC will be highly desirable. Good statistical analysis and technical reporting/presentation skills. Desirable Skills |
