| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Have 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Be specialized in the area of Core Network (CS Core, PS Core) or SQL databases
Job Description
- Responsible for database management for Core Entities including regular audits to ensure that database is as per design requirements.
- Ensure management of Statistics and KPIs of the Core Network.
- Generate reports for management as per agreed frequency.
- Responsible for core Features testing and rollout.
- Manage troubleshooting/Rectification of Core Network Related issues.
- Perform Engineering parameters and timers audits.
- Ensure availability and retention of KPIs for long trend analysis.
- Maintain correspondence with vendor and other internal departments for issues/queries related to the core network.
- Monitor KPI status and trouble shooting for any degradation
Essential Skills
- Working experience on Packet Switch Core Network or Huawei R-4/ATCA MSCs.
- Experience of IN/VAS/STP and SQL (databases) will also be considered
- Good knowledge of core KPI Theory, and signaling procedure
Desirable Skills
- Experience with VOIP, GPRS, Computer Programming skills
- Familiar with GSM call flows and trace analysis.
- Familiar with definition and formula of major KPI Counters
