Job Objectives:
Account management while concentrating on target achievement of sales, revenue, churn prevention and timely collection. Ensuring effective cross departmental coordination for timely resolution.
Ensure preparation of daily reports and visits.
Job Responsibilities:
To achieve monthly assigned targets.
Render personalized services for retention and timely collection.
To maintain a healthy pipeline for future prospecting.
Remain proactive / vigilant with competitor’s offered products & VAS information and share with respective line.
Timely signing of business contract as per approval note and maintain documentation.
Extend complete required services (Churn management, receivable, portfolio management etc.) to the new account till the time of handover to relevant CRM.
Daily visits to new/existing accounts to maintain healthy relationships with customers for churn prevention and new acquisition.
