We require a Marketing Intern who should have background of Marketing and PreSales Customer interactions via Digital media. Should be very handy with Web, Phone and relevant Office tools and utilities.

This person he/she will need to be familiar with social media, web and advertising have a strong work ethic, a professional attitude and a desire to excel within a start-up environment.

We are currently seeking candidates for the fall quarter and may be extended based upon ongoing need, performance and availability. This position is based in our main office located in Johar Town, Lahore.

The ideal candidate must have good command of Internet searching skills via Google, Linked-In, Facebook etc. Should be able to build, grow and maintain large Customer lists using Databases and SpreadSheets. Heavy interaction with Customer via Email and Phone . Should be able to self-manage, self-track and plan marketing campaigns according to company's needs.

Understanding of Internet and Networking Technologies is required to be able to best help the Customers Needs. Familiarity of key business areas and be fairly updated with knowledge of latest computing technologies.

Must have good command in English language. Both written and verbal.Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to include social media, (Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube) print and advertising campaigns. These plans are to be accompanied by a method of tracking and reporting.

Major Responsibilities:

• Search for projects online in internet market places like eLance, oDesk, Freelance, Guroetc
• Bid for project and follow through to get the project.
• Write proposals, quotes working from the feedback of engineering and Operations
• Negotiate well, tendency and experience of winning.
• Day to day communication & follow up with clients from start to the end of project.
• Maintaining and developing a client base to generate new business
• Visiting clients regularly once a working relationship has been established.
• Attend to client queries & co-ordinate with studio team & facilitate work completion as per timeframes
• Drive audience through social activities
• Searching for leads
• Making connections & adding potential contacts
• Checking comments
• Searching potential clients by given keywords
• Increase Page Likes, Followers
• Update social media accounts with relevant info aimed at engaging clients
• Other duties as assigned

The candidates must have Solid knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing and PPC Programs.

He/ She should be able to work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of an event/ activity.
