The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Computers).
- Have 2 – 4 Years’ of relevant work experience.
Job Description
- Provide L2 support to peer NOC L2, NOC FM, and performance management team (PMT) and Regional NSS teams for CS/PS Core Nodes.
- Perform Traces & CDR analysis
- Analyze KPIs and statistics and conduct fault diagnostic.
- Resolve hardware/software complaints.
- Responsible for database configuration on CS/PS Core nodes
- Manage Work Order Execution originated by Core Network Engineering and Optimization teams.
- Carry out quarterly audits of Core Network timers and optimization parameters.
- Develop tools for routine tasks automations
- Manage Trouble Tickets and Customer Complaints Handling.
- Carry out roster activities (24/7) including migrations, swaps, upgrades, expansions and O&M tasks.
- Coordinate with Vendor for Trouble Tickets and Vendor Management
- Work in shifts round the clock and if required on holidays (including public holidays) as an emergency resource
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of GSM Call flows, Signaling, troubleshooting skills and database configuration.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Hands on experience on HUW Core Nodes
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
