Technical Skills:
1. Should have experience of handling Enterprise LAN Network and end user queries on network and system level.
2. In depth knowledge, understanding, troubleshooting skills and hands on experience on windows based end machines (desktop/laptop)
3. Understanding of TCP/IP suite and basic knowledge/understanding of Enterprise networks.
4. Knowledge, configurations and troubleshooting of Active Directory/Domain Controller and related issues.
5. Should have experience of handling both software and hardware related issues of Windows/Linux machines.
6. Preferably should have knowledge of Video/Audio conferencing, Cisco Telepresence and Webex Solutions, related issues and troubleshooting.
7. Should have handful knowledge and working experience of MS Office applications.
Soft Skills:
1. Should be energetic/willing to fulfill assigned duties/targets in defined timelines.
2. Should have good verbal and writing communication skills. Fluency in English Language will be a plus point.
3. Should be able to multi-task in stress environment.
4. Should be able to do RCA and provide improvement suggestions to frequently occurring issues.
