Job Description:

Pinnacle requires offshore customer support executives for its inbound operations. Handling customers via Live Chats, Inbound Calls and Email Correspondence are the major tasks. Needs to perform business requirements and trend analysis for client satisfaction and profitability. Job includes Pure Customer Service Operations for our international clients.

Required Skills:
We are looking for someone who is responsive, dedicated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent language, communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of computers & Internet with above average typing speed.
Should be able to assure 100% customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer issues/ complaints with patience.
