Job Description: |
Job Purpose:
Overall responsibility of a designated area to improve the sales and the relationship with the channel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achievement of new customer acquisition Sales target on monthly/quarterly/yearly achievement for prepaid postpaid.
- Achievement of scratch card/easy load targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Increase in retail penetration.
- Stock Management
- RSO management and ensuring their market visits.
- Overall franchise management , their receivable through franchise visits
- Improve visibility at retail level through POS deployment.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Overall target achievement.
- Market analysis, feedback and improvement in sales channel
Skillset Required: Strong working knowledge about Telco industry, trends, and strong analytical skills Good communication and management skills Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels |
