| Job Description: |
- Provide help in IT operations and network activities throughout the organization.
- Support in preparation of bid specifications to purchase necessary items such as routers, computers and software.
- Implement computer networks, servers and network infrastructures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of operating systems.
- Managing Windows Servers, Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange, Avaya Server (VOIP), SIP Trunks, Telephone Extensions, SAN, Network Monitoring, Local and Live Server Management, and Virtualization.
- Supervision and guidance of team and work with them in designing and maintaining network diagrams, document network problems and their resolutions for future reference.
- Administration and management of Amazon Cloud Servers.
- Administration management of Virtual Servers based on ESXi, VMware Hyper V.
- Administer network workstations, utilizing one or more TCP/IP or non-TCP/IP networking protocols and/or one or more UNIX-based or non-UNIX based operating systems.
- Administration and configuration of firewalls.
- Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
- Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users.
- Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar role.
- At least Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or closely relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of all networks and communication infrastructure.
- Interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Problem solving and project management experience.
- Team management skills.
- Procurement and budgeting experience.
