- Have 2 5 years of relevant work experience
Job Description:
- Capture customer requirements through Interface and discussion and to present the relevant technical solution at customer visits, presentations and other follow up meetings.
- Ensure Technical Requirement Specifications which meet customer requirements and translate these accurately to Sales, delivery and development team.
- Ensure clear adherence to the technical pre sales qualification process to ensure correct leveling and placement of opportunity leading to accurate quotation and excellent customer experience.
- Evaluate in detail the presented solution in order to evaluate the requirement Vs. solution along with BOQ presented.
- Closely work with Technical and product development teams to obtain updated information on current products and services in order to utilize those in client solutions designs
- Develop and maintain a product proficiency and competency level by attending mandatory training classes and successfully completing required levels of competency.
Essential Skills:
- Expert in Computer/Data Networks
- Experienced in technical presales preferably
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good proactive approach
- Excellent analytical skills
- Must be Self-driven and be able to work independently
Desirable Skills:
- CCNA / CCNP
- Excellent stress management skills
- Good team player and have ability to complete projects with ownership
- Proficient in MS office (power point/Excel)
