| Job summary Working at the Seattle location, this position is responsible to provide help desk support to desktop users, maintain the physical environment of the data center, monitor and maintain hardware for server and network operations, report and resolve hardware issues regarding servers and data communications, and perform backups and maintain adequate backup and disaster recovery procedures for the data facility. Knowledge and Skills:
- Helps gather requirements and project specifications, brainstorms and mocks up design ideas, presents ideas to clients, and adjusts designs to fit client needs or taste
- Understands website development lifecycle processes and consistently applies that methodology
- Creates site layout/user interface from design concepts using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Building Wordpress/php/majento websites
- Seeks out and applies knowledge of industry trends and developments to continuously improve service levels
- Manages change requests in a timely manner, promptly attends to bug-fixes, and participates in leadership development planning sessions
- Learns from mentors, supervisors, and all other team members to refine/grow skills
- Promotes professional development by setting challenging goals and meeting them through continuous formal training and on-the-job learning
