Job Objectives:

To understand and participate in the design, dimensioning and implementation of VAS Platform, keeping in view all requirements from relevant business units.

Job Responsibilities:

To understand the functionality and operation of IN and Charging network and its nodes.

To assist in the generation of design reports.

To provide necessary feedback for the introduction of new services.

To perform evaluation of IN and Charging network design for new and existing services.

To provide necessary feedback in the preparation of minutes of meeting reports.

To provide necessary feedback in the collection of recommendations from different departments for different services.

To assist in the Roll out.

To assist in Design , Plan and Develop of IN and charging based products & solutions.

To assist in performing capacity monitoring, expansions and optimization activities.

To assist in solutions life cycle management and upgrades of IN

Key Performance Indicators:

Strict adherence to the timelines

Raise red flags on potential concerns about network from design, development and implementation point of view

Quality of documentation

Identify areas of improvement in the network and work processes

Skillset Required:

Good communication and Leadership skills for coordination with different departments and vendors.
