| Job Description: |
Job Objective:
- Conduct the Audit plans as scheduled by management.
- Efficient reporting & re-visits for audit conformance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement Audit plans promulgated by management
- Assist management in Intra-departmental Audit reconciliations & reporting
- Coordination with internal/external departments for record keeping & data control.
- Conduct Audits with reliability and integrity & timely reporting
- Prepares audit reports containing data on records audited, test checks made,
- conclusions, exceptions taken, objections made by audited party, and proposed action
- Ensure completeness, accuracy and authenticity of site Audits & risk matrix reporting.
- Suggestions for improving existing processes & SOPs to achieve Operational excellence with main focus on Standards & Cost control.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timely execution & tracking of Audit plans
- Efficient audit reporting with integrity
- Maintain & follow existing processes & suggest improvement as per Audit standards
Skillset Required:
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Have Experience in Field Operations / Network Rollout
- Good understanding of Audit & compliance
- Good assessment & analytical skills
- Proficient in MS applications like Excel, Power point etc.
