Qualification and experience:

• BE - Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years relevant experience

Skills and Competency:

• Establish and organize preventive maintenance section for all equipment e.g. machines, electrical instruments etc
• Device budgets of all floors for mechanical/electrical needs
• To control cost and quality of required replacement parts/equipment
• Establish smart maintenance techniques in order to minimize the downtime
• To mobilize & monitor available manpower & to rationalize all available resources
• To create audit system of all relevant activities
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to deal with several assignments simultaneously
• Strong analytic and negotiation skills
• Extensive knowledge of MS-Office
• Must have good stress & time management Skill
• Must possess strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Must be organized, able to prioritize and multi-task, work in a team environment and give direction sub-ordinates & peers.
• Must be results-oriented and a self-starter
• Other tasks as assigned by the line manager
