| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Degree in BBA/MBA/MA-Economics/B.Sc
- Have 5 years of relevant work experience in managing refuelling activities.
Job Description :
- Manage forecasting, budgeting and control.
- Responsible for management of Gen-Set refuelling activity at regional level.
- Deal with Refuelling subcontractors
- Maintain close coordination with refuelling sub-contractors, refuelling controllers, analysts, security companies, logistics and budgeting team of Mobilink.
- Carry out analysis of weekly and monthly fuel requirement (on site level) based on on-going load shedding trends & last year’s load-shedding trends.
- Conduct analysis of fuelling requirements Vs. actual consumption for sites.
- Manage fuel efficiency analysis of sites based on the inputs received from the Fuel analysts.
- Provide approval of fuelling plans on weekly and monthly basis.
- Handle allocation of fuel quota to regions and sub-regions/business units.
- Closely track fuelling budget.
- Ensure implementation of stringent/fool-proof refuelling process to eliminate wastage.
- Formulate strategy to minimize fuel consumption & control fuel consumption of high fuel consuming sites.
- Develop monthly and weekly reporting on Fuelling.
