| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Have 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description:
- Monitor Team performance and activity.
- Act as a focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vice versa.
- Perform auditing and quality checking for BSS/TXN part of the network.
- Identify the network requirements and demand them.
- Follow up with OS vendor with the day to day activities, PM and CM (BSS part) of network in Remote Region of C1.
- Assign tasks to the teams and get them implemented as per Management requirements/projects.
- Act as an interface for the team with other Departments for the timely resolution of issues pertaining to other Departments. (NOC, CP, RF, TXN-p, LOGISTIC, Deployment, NSS, BSSP, Ware House etc.)
- Follow up till resolution of issues escalated by QoS.
- Cater for issues related to Gensets for Whole Central1.
- Timely process the invoices and certificates for Sub vendors.
- Prepare reports as per management requirement.
- Keep a close eye on network KPIs and take action accordingly.
- Monitor new roll out sites and ensure their up to the standard HOTO in Remote Regions of C1.
- Ensure monitoring of individual team members to identify and schedule required training
Essential Skills:
- Strong BSS/TXN and power skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Desirable Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound Presentation skills
- Expertise in computer proficiency.
