| Our Lync Help Desk Administrators will be our first contact when our customer experience Lync, Enterprise Voice or other related challenges.They will be teamed with a knowledge staff of architects to resolve customer focused issues. This candidate needs to be able to troubleshoot issues while providing a customer with a good experience.Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of networks, Microsoft client technologies, Exchange and Lync.
- IT and Server Administration Experience 8 yr
- Diagnosing and resolving problems related to the used of desktop/laptops, software, peripheral devices, LAN/WAN connectivity, VPNand other problems 5yr
- OCS, Communicator, Lync experience 4yr
- Virtualized Server Deployment and Administration with ESX or Hypervisor 4yr
- Installation and Configuration of Microsoft Implementations 4yr
- Ability to install and configure AD and ADFS, Kerberos, SSO 4yr
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues in multiple environments 4yr
- Experience integrating multiple Legacy LOB Server and Applications 4yr
- PowerShell scripting and administration 3yr
- Call center experience from tracking and logging calls to building post mortem and documentation 2yr
- Track record of providing excellent customer experience 5yr
