Job Objective:
Achieve strategic rollout targets within specified timelines, with due emphasis on quality, according to Warid’s approved standards
Job Responsibilities: - Ensuring the implementation of pre-defined Civil design/ specifications during the construction phase of BTS Sites & other Construction Projects.
- Completion of CME works (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical), at assigned BTS sites & other projects, as per assigned timelines through the concerned CME contractor/s, in-coordination with team-lead.
- TSS (Technical site surveys) of sites in respective region for the preparation of layout (sites planned for sharing and Swap) for submission to next level for review and approval.
- Inspection of CME works at BTS sites before offering for RFI/ PAT, and managing rectification of observed/ escalated issues, to be ensured with-in provided time frame
- Maintain database of BTS sites & else in hand projects and reporting of updates.
- Ensuring completion of site specific folders with requisite as built drawings and else documentation for new and existing sites in region, as per Warid standards
- Verification of quantities and scope in quotes and invoices (submitted by vendors); before forwarding to R.M.
- Trouble shooting / maintenance of CME related works, at our existing Cell sites, within min. time.
Key Performance Indicators: 1. Timely completion of assigned job/s. 2. Quality assurance during execution of assigned CME works. 3. Effective coordination with line and vendors to achieve rollout targets on time.
Skillset Required: 1. Project coordination and technical support. 2. Strong Interpersonal and excellent communication skills 3. Good vendor management 4. Proactive approach |
