| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a bachelors degree in Telecom/Electrical or equivalent
- Have 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Job Description:
- Oversee planning of coverage and capacity sites
- Running of predictions to assess coverage using ASSET tool
- Create radio technical document in view of desired coverage objectives, EiRP, HBA, Azimuth, Tilts
- Redesign activities and Database update
- Responsible for voice and data KPI monitoring and analysis, voice and data expansions and frequency planning, in building solutions designing, traffic management i.e. expansions, layer optimization
- Perform Network Level KPI monitoring and optimization
- Resolve customer complaints
- Support and coordinate Sales Tech JVs with Marketing/Sales rep. to identify coverage locations
- Perform Parameter audits and Frequency audits for different clusters
- Carry out different Cell DB Parameter trials and bench mark results after implementation
- Perform Drive test analysis and ensure timely generation of DT reports
- Analyze Neighbor inconsistency reports and ensure timely execution of relevant WOs
Essential Skills:
- In depth knowledge of RF Optimization KPIs, algorithms, and parameters
- Working experience in RF planning and optimization and on Ericsson and Huawei equipment
- Good understanding of RF methods and procedures
- Hands on experience in RF tools (Knowledge in Asset, MapInfo etc.)
- Working knowledge of drive test tools such as TEMS and NEMO.
- Database management/programming/MySQL
- Advance level proficiency in MS-Office, Windows-7 Professional
- Candidates with 3G experience will be preferred
Desirable Skills:
- Strong Analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with RF Planning process
