| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Telecom/Electronics, preferably with MBA degree.
- Have 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
- Follow-up, report and track all Roll-out projects related to deployment work.
- Coordinate with vendors, regional Roll-out teams, Head office teams including PMO, Logistics and planning for proper and timely execution of roll-out projects.
- Handle end to end telecom installation projects like 2G/3G Roll-out, 2G/3G swap, 2G/3G expansions. Mobile BTS IC, IBS solutions implementation (Micro, RF repeaters, Nano BTS).
- Perform random site Audits to check the quality of work for telco installations.
- Ensure quality in all deployment works to meet PMCL and industry standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination with vendors, regional Roll-out teams, PMO, Logistics and planning for proper and timely execution of roll-out projects.
- Manager end to end telecom installation projects like 2G/3G Roll-out, 2G/3G swap, 2G/3G expansions.
- Ensuring quality in all deployment works to meet PMCL and industry standards/
Essential Skills:
- Well versed with industry standards modern practices in civil / structural engineering
- Good Presentation report writing skills
- Good communication skills
Desirable Skills:
- Sound knowledge of microwave installations, BTS/BSC and dedicated solutions telecom installations.
- Sound understanding about civil build out, tower loading strengthening analysis
