Job Description:
  • Gather periodic information / reports from the campuses on queries / complaints.
  • Follow up on complaints and other queries with campuses
  • Handling customer queries effectively and efficiently and ensuring on time solution and rapid remedy to their problems and queries.
  • Ensure implementation of SOPs.
  • Assist Head of Customer Services in the Head Office for smooth implementation of complaint handling system

Required Skills:
Grip over MS-Office, Good language Skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
