Job Description: |
- Gather periodic information / reports from the campuses on queries / complaints.
- Follow up on complaints and other queries with campuses
- Handling customer queries effectively and efficiently and ensuring on time solution and rapid remedy to their problems and queries.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs.
- Assist Head of Customer Services in the Head Office for smooth implementation of complaint handling system
