Job Description:

VEBNEST is Pakistan's No. 1 Web Hosting Service Provider which serving clients around the world since 2006. We are looking for some talented young staff for the post of Sales Support Engineer.

1. Each successful candidate need to work 8 hours/day 6days/week in rotating shifts.

2. Handling of online new or old customers sales support queries

3. Troubleshooting client's issues related to hosting/server/Linux.

4. Answering Tickets.

5. Answering of Emails.

6. Handling of Servers (Reboot/Reinstall/Manage/Monitor).

7. Daily Reporting of shift to manager.

8. Etc...

1. Each candidate has to work one month or three months as an unpaid trainee. Duration of internship will be decided and during your interview.

2. Each Successful candidate has to sign 2 year agreement.

3. Each Successful candidate has to sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
