- Hold a MBA degree from a reputable University with specialization in Human Resource Management
- Have at least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
Job Description
- Develop learning strategy and design initiatives to roll out, monitor performance/quality and evaluate the deliverables aligned with the business objectives
- Identify organizational training and development needs through structured TNA, Job Analysis and regular consultation with business managers and relevant stakeholders
- Identify the best possible learning solutions, including various modes of learning i.e. Instructor Led Trainings (Inhouse/open enrollment), E-Learning and Blended learning solutions etc.
- Maintain strong coordination with line/functional managers to effectively manage training and development cycle
- Develop and maintain an in-house e-learning/training solutions repository
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to maintain the overall training and development budget

- Ability to diagnose, analyze and develop learning solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Learning applications
