Orient Electronics is looking for Service Incharge for its Branch Offices in different cities.
Ø Supervises and monitors daily operation of ASC, HA & AV field support personal.
Ø Overseas ASC, HA & AV technical training conducted by the ASC, HA & AV field support engineers.
Ø Monitors authorized SC performance and ensure that service Center must meet the required target set forth by H.O.
Ø Follow all OSPN activity as guided by Head Office.
Ø To provide technical support as per SOP in sale return cases.
Ø To review critically all replacement cases according to provided standard guideline and procedures before send to H.O for approved.
Ø Review and updates of new service policies and procedures relating to the various areas in the HA & AV services.
Ø Inform the other service Incharge of any product liability issue.
Ø Co-ordinate with ASC, HA & AV field support team and Q.C Deptt: on escalation Issues, relating to quality concern parts availabilities and repair issues.
Ø Conduct periodic audits of HA ASC between to ensure compliance to Orient/Mitsubishi /Samsung standard.
Ø To visit dealer shop on weekly bases and send its report to Head Office.
Ø To keep involve branch managers well in time in all administrative mater including Senior Manager CS.
Ø To deposit all daily collection amount to the branch accountant on daily basis.
Ø To close all received complaints within 48 Hours with all relevant documentation.
