Job Description:

We are looking for candidate who will be working with talented team of Gamers, serving clients worldwide:

  • Able to handle live chat support
  • Support tickets handling
  • Must be passionate about online games (DTOA2, World of Warcraft, League of Legend, COD etc)
  • Should have basic knowledge of all famous multiplayer online games
  • Should be aware of general issues and problems faced during online gaming
  • An understanding of Networks and how they work is preferred
  • Must be proactive and is able to handle situations smoothly
  • Previous support experience will be a plus

You'll be communicating directly (via chat/tickets emails) with clients, so you must have an excellent written English skills and a strong sense of team collaboration.
