Duties and Responsibilities
- Working on full life cycle implementations of Dynamics CRM Solutions
- Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating MS Dynamics
- Customizing and creating CRM entities
- Implementing business workflows and processes
- Proficient in C# and .NET
- Integration with TFS/Project Server
- Workflow configuration
- CRM screen configuration and form modifications
- End user and CRM administration training
- Business process requirements gathering
- Fit/Gap analysis
- Data integration requirements analysis
Position Requirements
- Good experience with C# and Microsoft .Net framework
- Background as a software developer and MS Dynamics CRM
- Understanding and delivering solutions
- Good communication skills
- Be able to pass Dynamics CRM knowledge to the internal team
