• Have minimum 8-10 years relevant experience.
• Relevant industry certification will be a plus.

Job Description:

• Maintain and design OSS solutions for centralized alarm monitoring and various automation tools that are required to support day to day working of all NOC teams.
• Monitor Network Change Management across the Technology Division to ensure that all activities are planned smoothly in the network.
• Maintain of NOC server rooms both at hardware and at software/DB level , their internal/external connectivity to ensure high uptime for all servers and applications as per quality standards.
• Devise policies, procedures and workflows for NWD centralized Access Management for all domains.
• Prepare NOC CAPEX budget, NOC OS OPEX budget, business plans forecast, and taking charge of overall departmental budgeting related requirements.
• Ensure that capitalization targets of NOC are met and planned properly and related projects are completed within the project targets.
• Implement nationwide information security control focused on centralized control policies.
• Set up and ensure vendor selection criteria in various NOC projects in areas of OSS and overall automation.
• Liaison with equipment vendors to ensure that project deadlines are met and to monitor SLAs and OLAs.
• Draft and revise SOPs for various teams under NOC Operations and Support function.
• Conduct trainings for OS team and team building sessions.
• Weekly meeting with teams and vendor on on-going projects and updates

Essential Skills

• Sound knowledge and prior experience of OSS frameworks in Telco environment and system administration skills working across heterogeneous environment.
• Adequately familiar with industry standards like ITIL and eTOM especially with regards to change and access management.
• Understanding of various tools and platforms used for data center maintenance and modernization like enterprise backup solution, virtualization etc.

Desirable Skills:

• Hands-on project management experience, PMP certification will be an added advantage.
• Computer networking as well as some DBA experience.
• Sound Understanding of Telecom Network Architecture and various EMS of well-known Telco vendors.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
