SCOPE OF THE JOB

The Java Developer will work as part of agile software development team responsible for development of enterprise solutions of our international clients. Responsibilities include Software Development using Test Driven Development methodology, technical design, estimation, working closely with local and foreign teams to ensure a quality delivery, introducing new ideas and contributing to continuous improvement of the systems being worked on.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Software Development using TDD approach
• Writing Unit Tests, Automation Tests, Integration Tests
• Collaborating on requirements and solutions with both local and foreign teams
• Communicating progress with the rest of the team at different levels of the organization
• Responsible for working with the Business Analyst and Quality Assurance teams of the clients to develop a solution to satisfy the business requirements
• In time collaboration with stake holders and adaptability to changing requirements
• Introducing new ideas and promoting new technologies processes
• This is not an exhaustive list of duties and the post holder may be requested to undertake additional duties as required.
