| Job Description: |
| Facilitate evaluation coaching of our sales staff. Uplift the results and call Quality for a full sales team of 10 12 Reps. Conduct Weekly QA sessions. Uphold Jtel policies and processes Work with Team Leads to ensure the well-being of all Trainees. |
| Required Skills: |
Energetic and motivated individual.
2+ Years Call Center Experience in any role.
At least 1 year Experience in a Sales role.
Must have excellent communication & presentation skills.
Display exceptional selling skills and understanding of sales processes.
Able to work night shift (8pm to 6am) Monday through Friday.
Must be organized and process oriented.
Willing to take on challenges. |
