REPORTS TO
Sub Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
- Electrical equipment installation & termination
- Routine maintenance & troubleshooting of electrical equipment
- Transformer, motor & generator overhauling & electrical equipment services
- Panel dressing & cleaning of electrical relative equipments
- Carried out routine maintenance jobs
- Generator operation & electrical load management
- Electrical ducting, Cable laying & terminations
- Installation, service and repairing of inverters & UPS etc
- Scheduling and implementation of preventive maintenance.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards,
- defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN
- Instrument & Control related equipment installation & termination
- Routine maintenance & instruments troubleshooting
- Pneumatic cylinder & directional valves overhauling & services
- Fault tracing & troubleshooting of pneumatic loops
- Service and repairing of inverters, PLC, HMIs, UPS etc
- Panel dressing & cleaning of instrumentation related equipments
- Carried out routine maintenance jobs
- Execution of preventive maintenance activities
- Ducting, Cable laying & terminations
- Calibration of instruments
- Scheduling and implementation of preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance.
- Fault tracing & troubleshooting of temperature, pressure, level, flow and control loops.
