Proactively maintains and updates data base of renewal information through pipeline and opportunity reports utilizing Cisco and in house tools.

Assists with running reports out of this data base.

Assists with the Attach Rate and Renewal Rate rebate data to Business Managers. Will utilize Cisco PMC data and Cisco eConsulting databases and reporting as well as internal databases.

Assist in IBLM data management and licensing reporting with new cisco tools.

Run CSD and A CR reports on LOA requests. Assist with Order processing and reporting.

Assist in services rebate management and opportunity submission and tracking

Possible SAP order entry for SMARTnet orders in the future.

Work closely with US Sales Team to analyze perspectives sales orders

Provide backend support related to volume licensing agreements, orders, and transactions to maximize our incentives

Work with the management and provide backend support to analyze strategic investments in business. It includes competitive bid analyses, competitor analyses and profitability analyses.

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports surrounding Cisco services and all opportunities therein

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Filter and clean data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

Skills Required:

MS Excel, Excellent knowledge of making financial analysis, knowledge of Statistical tools)
