| Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a person to lead Quality Engineering Initiatives, he/she should be an intelligent and energetic person with unconventional and creative thinking skills and who aims to pursue career in the field of:
- Management Excellence
- Performance Management,
- Process definition, optimization and implementation
- Audit and compliance
- Organizational Development
An Organized person with initiative and focus on the end objective.
Excellent analytical, skills with ability to visualize micro and macro level details.
Excellent Oral, Written Communication Skills as well as presentation skills
Capable of data extraction, analysis, validation, compilation and reporting of resource productivity, quality and other KPIs.
Plan, schedule and conducting team audits.
Carry out:
- Analysis of existing processes
- Detecting issues and hotspots
- Suggesting alternate solutions
- Evaluating best solution
- Getting input and support from relevant stakeholders
- Documenting the suggested process changes
- Rollout, tuning of new processes
Quick learning ability.
Should be able to observe, detect and highlight data anomalies, exception or omissions and prepare exception reports.
Capable of quickly learning usage of applications such as:
- Project Management Xplanner
- Ticket Tracking OTRS
- Content Management - Alfresco
- Version Control - SVN
- Bugs Tracking - Test Director, Quality Center
Excellent documentation skills with ability to clearly record and present current and proposed processes.
Ability to organize and report information in a logical and presentable manner.Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics:
- Prior experience with a successful track record of resource grading, performance management, Audit and Compliance, Organization Development essential.
- Responsive and Excellent written and Oral communication skills, with ability to work under stress and quick learner.
Specific Tools, Technologies or Equipment Skills:
- Command over Office Productivity software (documents, presentations, worksheets, databases, charts, graphs)
- Ability to learn and use web applications.
