| Job Description: |
MTBC is looking for a young and energetic Implementation Analyst to assist the project implementation team with EDI solution deployments for our clients. Reporting to the Implementation Manager, the Analyst will keep project documentation up to date, interface with Development teams and customers, and work to achieve team goals.
- Develop a professional understanding of revenue cycle management products and services
- Implement various EDI and integration solutions
- Provide project and program management leadership for client engagements
- Conduct fit/gap analyses for prospective clients
- Create and maintain data maps leveraging XML, XSLT using XSLT or third party XSLT editors such as Map force
- Provide support for clients during the implementation process
- Interface with the development team to follow up on implementation issues
Job Specification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences
- Strong technical writing skills
- Must be mature, motivated, self-directing and driven to provide the best possible project results
- Experience with Project Management practices and principles would be preferred
- Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
- Strong Communication Skills (oral and written)
- Strong attention to detail, good follow-through and tracking of assigned projects
- A self-starter and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
