| Job Description: |
- Proactively Manage Federal / Commercial accounts for Microsoft Volume Licensing Renewals.
- Generate quotes for License Renewals, Maintenance , Software Assurance etc
- Utilizing CRM system and all necessary applications to manage and optimize sales opportunities, correcting licensing issues and tracking of all sales stages of the annual renewal process.
- Reviewing and analyzing licensing reports to maximize revenue associated with the Software Assurance and Licensing Programs, promotions and new product opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining strategic relationship with partners and customers, while working alongside inside/field counterparts as a team to close deals.
- Promoting a united team environment by assisting with training and development of fellow employees aiming at enhancing skills and performance.
