| Job Description: |
| Hired IT Support Engineer will be required to handle technical queries.
Trouble Shoot DSL Services.
Entertain all departments of Organization and resolve their Queries.
Have knowledge of Common PC Software, such as Outlook Express, Microsoft Office, etc.
Can be trouble shoot LAN and Wan Network.
Handle all Hardware related issues specially printer sharing and trouble shootings.
Managing Corporate level Active Directory, DNS, and ISA Server.
Plan and design Network Security and enhancement.
Manage Backup of File Servers and Active Directory.
Windows Patches and Anti Virus Update.
Correspondence with IT Services Provider.
VPN Connections
Port forwarding solutions
