| Job Description: |
| For our Islamabad office, were looking for:
Graduates or Postgraduates with at least 3 years of provable experience of providing technical support. The hired candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for customers issues requests for support services, aiming to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
He will also be expected to:
- Provide pre-sale post-sale technical solutions to support facilitate the sale of products
- Respond to customer inquiries concerning system software, pre-sale post-sale
- Gather feedback from the clients about their issues playing an active role in solving them
- Handle deployment of new features upgrades in the product
In addition, he must be able to participate in the assigned on-call rotation. The selected candidate will be on-call 24/7. |
