Job Description:

The ideal candidate should

  • Hold a Masters in Business Administration degree
  • Have at least 4 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Budget and Contact Management

Job Description:

  • Provide exemplary pre-sales support to the sales team focusing on enterprise accounts.
  • Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers
  • Act as technical bridge between sales representatives and their pre-sales customers.
  • Assist in driving new business from prospective and existing customer accounts within their respective assigned territory, and meet and/or exceed all sales quotas to achieve revenue goals.
  • Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement for prospective customer.
  • Take ownership of the prime technical relationship with pre-sales customers to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers both onsite, online, and via telephone
  • Write technical requirement specifications which meet customer requirements and translate these accurately to sales, delivery and development team.
  • Support the regional sales organization to ensure timely and successful closing of sales to potential customers.
  • Liaise between customers, configuration mangers, product managers to communicate relevant feedback and customer requirements.
  • Help in new products roadmap by sharing field experience with product managers in development priorities.
  • Develop and present customer presentations at every enterprise customers organization level.
  • Provide coaching to team-members of sales department in order to enhance their knowledge of products, technical acumen and technical sales skills.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies, including, GSM and fixed line data, access and voice services
  • Possess excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suites

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good team player and have ability to complete projects with ownership
