Working Responsibilities:

- Making outbound calls to mostly US based customers.

- Gathering information from the customers.

- Fulfilling daily targets given by company.

- No selling of products. Demonstrate professional demeanor, and apply proper telephone etiquette to establish report with prospects.

- Meets commitments to prospects other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Skills:

- Must have excellent capability of learning and serving

- Excellent English communication skills

- Long term stable job applicants

- American Accent (preferred)

- Ability to work in Night Shift.

- Familiar with MS Office and Internet Browsing

- Dependable hard working

Time:

Two different time slots based on project.

12:30 AM - 06:00 AM

12:30 AM - 09:00 AM

Note: We may practice variable time for dialing within the above mentioned time slots based on the project. Offering competitive variable compensation based on performance and dialing time.
