| Job Description: |
Job Objective:
To be a part of IN/VAS Operations team to ensure smooth network operations and keep a constant check on network performance. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine activities and random checks as per Network Operations daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly procedures.
- Compilation of reports related to network faults, stats & KPIs.
- Assist Operations team in the evaluation of planned activities & incident reports.
- Assist Operations team in the investigations related to network faults, outages and fraudulent cases.
- Assist Operations team to follow up with MS and other departments IT, RA, CS & Warid Engg. for all ongoing and pending operational issues.
- Reviewing all SLAs/ WLAs /SOPs with different vendors/ departments & tracking different benchmarks.
- Develop scripts to automate jobs for fetching system alarms, logs & stats etc.
Key Performance Indicator:
- Handling of NO routines
- Keep a watch on stats & KPIs
- Compilation of network related reports
Skill Set Required:
- Overview of GSM network
- Basic knowledge of telecom concepts
- Good scripting and programming skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to do analysis and investigations
- Excellent Team Player
- Keen learner
- Worked on MS applications
