Job Description:

The ideal candidate should:

Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Sciences or Equivalent.
Have 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

Job Description:

Work in EAI operations shifts roaster to ensure availability and Performance monitoring of EAI/CRM Systems.
Daily reporting of CRM/Tibco and other provisioning systems.
Perform Weekly, Monthly and Annual system maintenance tasks.
Perform Change Request Deployment and Testing.
Perform duties in shifts Roaster (including nights).

Essential Skills:

TIBCO certified oracle DB certification.
Siebel/TIBCO BW development skills.

Desirable Skills:

Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility in terms of working hours (Nigh Shifts Weekends).
Positive attitude energy.
Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines.
Team Player.
MS Office Visio.
