| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a B.SC degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Job Description:
- Perform auditing and quality checking for Core Power & Environmental network
- Follow up with OS vendor on day to day activities, PM and CM of Genset, UPS, Rectifier, Batteries, Cooling system at MSC/MGW/IT Data Center
- Act as an interface for the team with other Departments for the timely execution of projects (Power Planning, IT, IN, OCN, TXNP, BSS)
- Monitor FLM Vendor Team performance and activity
- Highlight weak areas of FLM vendor take up with FLM vendor for rectification
- Follow up on resolution of operational issues encountered on daily basis
- Cater for issues related to environmental entities
- Update, verify, and process invoices for Sub vendors & its record keeping
- Prepare various reports related to Facility Management department on daily/weekly and monthly basis
- Keep a close eye on network KPIs and take action accordingly
- Conduct JV with other departments for installation of new hardware / expansion and support implementation of purposed plan at MSC/MGW & IT Data Center
- Monitor individual team members to identify and schedule required training
- Conduct meetings with subcon on weekly/monthly basis to stream line the process
- Introduce processes for system efficiency enhancement
Essential Skills: - Troubleshooting and time management skills & Environmental and Power expertise
Desirable Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, NMS and Analytical Tools
